Many workplaces throughout the UK now require all contractors on their premises to hold a Safety Passport.
The Safety Passport is a recognised and validated standard acknowledged by the HSE as driving good practice throughout organisations and delivering higher standards of safety awareness and safety performance. Cleanbrite delivers the following Safety Passports:
SPA Core Day
This one-day course is designed for those looking for a general overview of health and safety in the workplace. It provides basic information on the implications of Hazard recognition and risk assessment, as well as detailing responsibility for health and safety, and showing how individual behaviour can help reduce accidents.

SPA Petrol Retail
Aimed at those involved in retail, as well as those working in petrol filling stations, this one or two-day* course offers an industry-specific overview of health and safety, allowing delegates to recognise and mitigate hazards, use control measures and safe working practices, and maintain a safe working environment.

Core Construction (CSCS)
Under the CSCS card scheme, anyone wishing to apply for a CSCS Labourers Green Card must first attend a level 1 Health & Safety in a construction environment course. This one-day course is offered to satisfy that requirement. On successful completion, a certificate is issued which can then be submitted when applying for the CSCS Green Card.

This one or two-day* course provides information and training relevant to the food and drink industry sector and includes food hygiene, environmental concerns and health & safety to better understand the implications for cost, business, job security and risk of injury if concerns for hygiene, environment and health & safety are not properly considered.
